Payment Reconciliation
All payments into the digital accounts go through our sophisticated reconciliation engine. For Direct Debits and Open Banking payments, 100% of payments are automatically reconciled.
Each landlord has their own sort code and account number, but in the rare case that a payment is not automatically reconciled, LettsPay will only display tenants linked to a landlord to match payments to.
No funds can be released unless reconciled, ensuring every penny is traced through the system. Therefore, gone are the days of differing balances.

Arrears Management
Inside Loop, you can see a particular tenant's arrears history: how often they have been in arrears, the length of time and the amount they have been in arrears for.
If needed, there is also a default statement that can be generated from Loop. This shows all requests leading to arrears and all payments that have been made since.
Reminders can be handled by a click of a button and chaser emails and SMS are sent to the tenant. We can notify you of every payment received, as soon as it is received no matter what payment channel it comes from.

Floats
A float amount can be held against a property for emergencies. When creating a property, you can set the float amount. The float is kept within LettsPay and can be used for any reason to pay for emergency work on the property.
The float can only be topped up from rent payments or landlord payments.

Statements
As a client preference, there is the ability for LettsPay to send Landlord statements as soon as they have been paid or on a monthly basis. This statement is automatically generated and sent to the landlord.
The message and the statement are branded in your business logo and colour scheme to provide the landlord with the most professional service.
