They Export

To get things started, we'll need an export of data from your existing estate agency software system.


This will typically involve requesting this via the support desk of your existing provider. Some systems allow you to export 'by yourself' but the major 'cloud based' systems do this on your behalf.


The export will contain your agency data, and supporting media files such as documents and images.


Once the export is initiated, any data added to your old system won't make it in to Loop, which is why we do the data transfer the a day or two before the go-live date.


 

We Load

Once your existing agency data is exported, our technical team gets it ready to be loaded in to Loop.


About 90% of the preparation process is automated using Tyrion, our inhouse data transfer tool.


Tyrion maps, cleans and removes inconsistencies and errors, and then creates the data structure required by for the import process.


During this time, you continue to use your existing system - and within a working day or two, your old data is in the new system and you're off.

You Launch

After the data transfer is complete, final checks are conducted by your project manager to ensure data integrity and accuracy. 


Our team will cross-reference the imported data with original datasets, running test queries, and reviewing any anomalies, thereby guaranteeing the reliability of the new system before onsite training is delivered and you are put live on Loop.
