Setting up a direct debit

We require an active Direct Debit to be in place so that we can collect the fees that relate to your Loop Subscription. 


Direct Debit allows us to process payments automatically, reducing the administrative burden which ultimately allows us to invest more in to making the software even better.


To set up a Direct Debit, have your bank details to hand and fill in the form. Click the link below or scan the QR code. The process takes less than a minute.


On receipt of your Direct Debit we'll process it on to our systems and you'll get an email confirmation accordingly.

Changed banks?


If you've changed banks then you'll need to set up a new Direct Debit. Simply follow the instructions above using your new bank details, and then click the link below to email support requesting that we cancel the original Direct Debit linked to your old bank account.


Please don't cancel the old Direct Debit yourself, it may prevent you from accessing Loop
